Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the platform. By accessing or using the website or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Supra Trader (“Supra Trader,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Supra Trader operates a secure online platform that hosts:

  • CFD trading tournaments, where users compete in simulated markets to demonstrate trading skill, consistency, and strategic discipline. Only the top-ranked participants receive real cash prizes.
  • All activity takes place in a risk-free, simulated environment. No real capital is traded, invested, or exposed.

All services are provided through our official website (https://supratrader.com) and tournament portal (https://challenge.supratrader.com), collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

Use of the Platform is voluntary and limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or have reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and participate, users must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction;
  • Not reside in a jurisdiction where such services are restricted or prohibited;
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
  • Not be listed on any sanctions, watchlists, or trade restriction databases.

2.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation on the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, or international laws.

2.3 By creating an account, you confirm that all provided information is true, complete, and accurate. Any falsification may result in account termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access tournaments, you must create an account (“Account”) and:

  • Provide complete, accurate registration details;
  • Keep login credentials confidential;
  • Promptly report any unauthorized access.

3.2 Sharing, selling, or delegating use of your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

3.3 Supra Trader reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account in cases of fraud, abuse, impersonation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Service Overview

4.1 CFD Trading Tournaments:

  • Tournaments simulate real-market conditions using virtual capital;
  • Entry may be free or require a non-refundable fee;
  • Participants are ranked using public metrics such as return percentage, drawdown, and consistency;
  • Only the top three (3) participants receive real cash prizes, subject to eligibility and verification.

4.2 All trading activity is performed in a demo environment. Supra Trader is not a broker, does not provide access to real financial markets, and does not facilitate the trading of actual assets.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Entry fees, if applicable, are clearly shown at the time of registration.

5.2 All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of disqualification, system errors, voluntary withdrawal, or account suspension.

5.3 You must use only valid, authorized payment methods. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension and possible legal referral.

5.4 Supra Trader is not liable for third-party delays, processing errors, or payment gateway issues.

6. User Conduct

6.1 All users must maintain fair play and ethical behavior. Prohibited actions include:

  • Use of bots, automation, or manipulation tools;
  • Multiple accounts operated by the same individual;
  • Misuse of platform features or identity falsification;
  • Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior;
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer platform infrastructure.

6.2 Supra Trader reserves the right to investigate misconduct and apply sanctions including disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, account termination, and legal action.

6.3 Users may be disqualified at any time if their activity compromises the fairness or integrity of the tournament.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All logos, content, software, layout, and systems used in the Platform (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of Supra Trader or its licensors.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written consent.

7.3 Unauthorized use of Intellectual Property may result in legal action.

8. Termination

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms;
  • You fail KYC verification during prize redemption;
  • Your activity is fraudulent or disruptive;
  • Required by legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Termination consequences include:

  • Revocation of active sessions;
  • Voiding of pending prizes;
  • Loss of access to data and services;
  • Erasure of simulated performance records.

8.3 Termination does not exempt you from obligations or liabilities accrued before account closure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 The Platform is offered “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

9.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

9.3 Simulated performance should not be interpreted as predictive of real trading success.

10. Use of the Fortex Trading Platform

10.1 Platform Provided
All trading activities conducted through Supra Trader—including tournaments, simulations, and related services—are executed via the Fortex trading platform (“Fortex”). All users agree to use Fortex as the sole interface for trading activities.

10.2 Third-Party Software Disclaimer
Fortex is a third-party system not owned or controlled by Supra Trader. We provide access through a commercial license, but do not alter or maintain Fortex’s core technology. All interface, performance, and platform behavior are managed by Fortex Inc.

10.3 Licensing and Compliance
By using Fortex via Supra Trader, you agree to adhere to Fortex Inc.’s end-user license agreement (EULA) and usage terms. Unauthorized duplication or misuse of the Fortex system is strictly forbidden and may result in suspension or legal action.

11. Amendments

11.1 Supra Trader reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and may be announced via email.

11.2 Modifications become effective immediately unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to stay informed.

11.3 Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
